Ok, I couldn't pick just one, so I have a couple...
This first set is some of my favorite of all time. Even though the sky looks different in all of them, they were all taken on the same day just minutes apart.
These two were taken yesterday. The first one was taken out of my plane window, and the second one in the car on the drive home.

This is basically the first thing they teach you in any photography class. They really drive home the point in color photography class.
Come sunset, you really have a small window of awesome, gorgeous, warm light.
It's kind of awesome (and a little bit frustrating).
